Pay Band: Pay Scale Rs. 10,300-34,800/- plus Grade pay Rs. 5000/- (Initial starting of Rs. 18, 450/- plus allowance sanctioned)

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications:

1. Candidates must have the Graduation Degree ( Bachelor Degree) with the Subject relevant which they are applying for from the recognized University with minimum 50% marks. (Read the Advt. for full detail). 2. They should have passes the Degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent from a recognized institution with with minimum 50% marks. 3. Should have passed in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE.

Age Limit:

To be an eligible candidate for the post of TGT the age should not be more than 30 years as on dated 01st January, 2014 (Relaxation for the SC/OBC etc. as per Govt. norms).

How to Apply: All the teaching line candidates who are eligible and Interested to apply are need fill the online applications on the official web portal of the Chandigarh Administration i.e. http://recruitment-portal.in/ & then they required to click on the link label as “Application for posts of Trained Graduate Teachers”.

After the filling and verifying the form filled, Submit It. This will generate the registration form. Applicants should print out and Xerox for the future references or at the time of document verification.

Application Fees:

All the applying candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- ( Rs. 250/ for SC) as application fee via Online payment mode or Challan.

Selection Process: Selection of the eligible candidates will be purely on the basis of Merit list (which to be prepared in the basis of marks obtained in the written both tests.).
