2. Two passport size photograph
3. Photocopy of Aadhar Card
4. Photocopy of ID Card / Last Salary Slip
5. Photocopy of all Medical record
Medical Examination Timing 02.00 PM to 04.00 PM
Certificate Issued On next day after the medical from
09.00 AM to 10.00 AM
Note: All the documents to be submitted/Collected from Room No. MS - 1.
