(A) Couple Case Points

Q1. How can I claim Couple Case points in the transfer drive?

To claim Couple Case points, update your spouse's complete details in your MIS personal profile. Ensure that all mandatory fields like Type of Appointment, State of Posting, are correctly filled as per the Teacher Transfer Policy 2025.

 

Q2. When are Couple Case points granted without requiring consent?

Couple Case points are granted without the need for a consent form if your spouse is a regular State Government employee from another state or a regular Central Government employee posted in Delhi, Haryana, or Chandigarh.

 

Q3. When is consent and OTP verification required for Couple Case points?

If you or your spouse works in School Education Haryana or your spouse is a regular employee covered under MoTP, only the spouse who wants to take the 5 Couple Case points has to fill the consent form, and OTP verification must be done by both.

(B) Disease and Disability Points

Q4. How do I apply for Disease and Disability points?

To apply for Disease and Disability points, update your disease and/or disability details in the MIS as per the Teacher Transfer Policy 2025. Upload a clear, readable, and valid medical certificate issued by the competent authorities specified in the policy.

 

Q5. Which medical certificates are valid for claiming debilitating disease and disability points?

Certificates issued by the Medical Board at AIIMS, PGI Chandigarh, PGI Rohtak, or Government Medical Colleges located in Haryana, Delhi, or Chandigarh are considered valid for awarding debilitating disease and disability points.

 

(C) 80 Merit Points Category

Q6. Who is eligible for the special 80 merit points category?

Teachers eligible for 80 merit points include:

  • Those who will retire within the next 12 months
  • Those undergoing serious medical treatment (cancer, dialysis, bypass surgery within 2 years, organ transplant)
  • Teachers with more than 70% disability as certified under RPWD Act 2016
  • Widows or widowers whose youngest child is up to 10 years of age

 

(D) Pending Disciplinary Form

Q7. Who must fill the "Pending Disciplinary" form in MIS?

As per the Teacher Transfer Policy 2025, every employee is required to submit an undertaking regarding disciplinary proceedings under major penalty. All employees must fill the "Pending Disciplinary" form in MIS as part of the transfer process.

 

Q8. What should I select in the Pending Disciplinary form if I have no pending disciplinary case?

If no disciplinary proceedings under major penalty have been initiated against you, select "No" in the Pending Disciplinary form and save your entry in MIS.
