MIS : Raise Claim/Objection for General Transfer Drive 2025

 As per policy a teacher can raise Claim/Objection on following points

a. Score/MIS Points for Self or for any other teacher

b. Tenure Detail for Self or for any other teacher

c. Covered as Protected Teacher. Self or for any other teacher.

3. Your claim/objection will be decided by respective District Level Committee (DLC) headed by DEO/DEEO.

4. Case status including (Date of hearing to concerned employees) can be shown on MIS portal in respective logins.

5. You have to prove your claim/objection by providing relevant documents. Decision on claim/objection will be taken by DLC & same will be updated on portal by designated officer (i.e., DEO/DEEO)

6. You can raise objection against the decision of District Level Committee by way of Appeal to State Level Committee. Decision of State Level Committee will be considered as Final.

7. You are requested to check MIS Portal regularly for latest updates on their claim/objection status.

Step 2. Open Raise Claim/Objection for GTD
👉On the left-hand side of the dashboard, locate or search for the menu option Raise Claim/Objection for GTD from the navigation panel.
👉 Click on this option Raise Claim/Objection for GTD
Step 3. View Existing Requests or Add New Request

The Raise Claim/Objection screen displays a list/table of previously raised requests under your login, if any exist.

👉You can view details such as Request ID, Date, Status, and Type of Objection for each previously raised request.

👉To submit a new claim or objection, click on the Add Request button available on the right side of the screen.

Step 4. Objection About Employee – Self / Other

On the Add Request form, the mandatory field “Objection About Employee” determines the nature of the request. The system allows two primary options: Self or Other.

4.1 Objection About Employee: Self

👉MIS Points

👉 Tenure of Stay

👉Protected Category

4.2 Objection About Employee: Other

Select Other.

👉 Enter the Employee ID of the concerned employee correctly so that the system can uniquely identify the person.

👉Select the suitable Complaint Criteria and wherever applicable, the Complaint Sub Criteria.

👉 In Detail of Objection, provide a clear and specific description of the issue, including details that properly identify the concerned employee and the nature of the objection.

👉 If supporting evidence is required, upload a single PDF document within the specified size limit (for example, up to 200 KB) that supports your objection.

👉 Verify all mandatory fields are completed, then click Save to submit or Cancel to exit without saving.

Step 5. Submission of Objection

👉 After saving the details in required fields, a message of “Grievance Saved Successfully” will be shown along with the entry in tabular form on the screen.
