There is no material change in vacancies, so all consternation on this score is not good. Single section high schools will remain blocked as earlier due to huge shortage in Lecturer cadre. 'Kept vacant' is a myth.
90 percent cadre is settled deployed.
Only a minuscule of total strength is going to test its potential for merited allocation.
For big cadres, navigational course corrections are unavoidable.
